This article was inspired by a student of mine who participated in one of my recent Angel courses. She doesn’t know it but she was my answered prayer. I have always wondered about the true nature of the Déjà Vue. Intrigued by her questions I asked the Angels to explain it to me once and for all.
The Angels said it can really be 3 different things that can trigger a Déjà Vue experience. The first one being the simplest of explanations, however, believe it or not it is also the rarest.
1. Past Life:
You are remembering a fragment of one of your past lifes that was being triggered by a place, person or situation that seems familiar to you, simply because you have been there or experienced it before.
2. Temporary suspension of your time and space reality:
Time is an illusion just as death is, but in our physical world duality has become our reality. We are infinite, there is no end and no beginning. Have you ever had a moment where for just a split second everything made sense and you knew everything? Those moments usually do not last very long. However, they represent our true state of being, meaning experiencing the past present and future all at the same time. They sort of “happen” simultaneously. Let’s say you are talking to a friend and you are having a Déjà Vue, time seems to stand still, and you just know what your friend is going to do or say. It feels like you have experienced this before. It is almost like watching a movie that you have already seen before. For just a short moment you are suspended in time and catch a glimpse of the “real” reality and are experiencing the past, present and future simultaneously. You have to realize that there are many different 'layers' of reality if you will and you exist in all of them at the same time. Sometimes the 'veil' between them is lifted and we experience another aspect of ourselves from another reality.
3. Thoughts are energy and every thought vibrates at a certain frequency:
We think all the time. Our thoughts have to go somewhere, they do not just vanish. Physics teaches us that energy does not just disappear but it always transforms into a different state. Where do our thoughts go? Well we send them out into the space around us. So just imagine how many thoughts are “out there” right now and how many are being added as you are reading this! So thoughts are floating around us all the time, be it your own or those of other people. We can also attract these thoughts depending on our own vibration. If one tends to live in a lower vibration, one will attract more thoughts of a lower vibration because in the universe like attracts like.
Since all of these thoughts are around us it is only a matter of time that we “step” into or attract another person’s thought. Every thought has experiences, feelings and emotions attached to it. That is why when you have “stepped” into someone else’s’ thought it will seem almost like a memory to you, because you will see and feel what that person had seen and felt in that moment/ place. The fact that it is a thought makes it hard for us to distinguish between whether it is our own or someone else’s experience. So long story short, if you are in a place (thoughts tend to stay or hover in the place they have been “put out”) that seems oddly familiar, it just might be you “stepped” into or attracted someone else’s thought and the experience they had there.
This is why our thoughts are so important in the raising of the consciousness and awareness of this planet, because the more negative thoughts are “out there” the more difficult it will be to achieve this goal. It is almost like a snowball effect; one negative thought can be the trigger for many more.
Hence, our thoughts not only affect and influence our own lifes, but also everybody else’s. This is what Lightworkers around the globe are referring to when they ask everyone to send out love into the universe. It is a very effective tool to make a positive impact on each and every one of us. The raising of consciousness occurs one person at a time.
This explains SO much! I have these feelings quite often and always wondered why I was having them. Thank you, Daniela, for sharing. Very enlightening. :o)
